These Terms of Use govern your use of theraffler and provide information about the theraffler Service, outlined below. When you use theraffler, you agree to these terms.


We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing any order to insure you are up to date with any changes or any future changes.


This therafller.co Service Agreement (the "Agreement") describes the terms and conditions on which theraffler.co ("We") offer services to you ("User"). By using our services, User agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions: We reserve the right to disable direct linking on user accounts that are using excessive bandwidth or otherwise abusing the system.

  1. raffle service

    1. Users must agree to comply with all laws which apply to their location, including copyright and trademark laws. Raffles that violate copyrights or trademarks are not allowed. If someone has an infringement claim against you, you will be asked to remove the copyrighted file until the issue is resolved. If there is a dispute between participants on this site, theraffler.co is under no obligation to become involved.
    2. We are not liable for your raffles or any lost business due to the unavailability or loss of the raffle. We make no claims of future reliability in serving, hosting or storing your raffles.
    3. We do not guarantee to extract every comments on the post. Some of the comments including child comments cannot be extracted due to Instagram limitations.
    4. If our system fails to process your request, comments spent for the failed request will be returned to your account.
    5. You cannot request a refund for your spent or left comments.
    6. For example, if you bought 10000 comments you can only request a refund if you have exactly 10000 comments available.
    7. You agree that you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us if you spent your comments.

  2. instagram packages

    1. We are not liable for your orders or any lost business due to the unavailability or loss of the order.
    2. We are not liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram or other social media.
    3. We will only be used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social account and help boost your appearance only.
    4. We do not guarantee your new followers will interact with you or keep following your account.
      There is no refund if followers, likes or views drops.
    5. We do not guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio and uploaded pictures.
    6. Once you submit your order, we cannot stop, pause or edit the order. Therefore liability for your orders entered incorrectly belongs to you. Do not use more than one order at the same time for the same link. We cannot give you correct followers/likes/views number in that case. We will not refund for these orders.
    7. Instagram packages has no refund policy. You cannot request a refund for instagram packages. You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.

    1. We may sent you some marketing emails but you can unsubscribe at any time with unsubscribe button at the bottom of emails.
    2. We are commited to cooperate with any and all legal authorities if an investigation should arise.
